This was part of a Joint Venture project with North Edmonton home builder, Pulkit Homes.

After demolition of the original small bungalow on this lot, the project started construction of 2 unique homes in this fabulous community.  These homes are 1713 sqft featuring 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, upper floor laundry, and detached double garage.  The basement is unfinished but includes plumbing rough-ins along with design plans for future basement suite.
