The goal was to complete a renovation that would allow this house size/footprint to remain while still creating all the necessary parts needed in a great house!  The challenge was on with this house!

We were able to carve out 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, a full size Mudroom, a Kitchen nook, a separate formal Dining space, AND a large spacious kitchen!  On the outside we built a oversized 2 car garage and a large front deck to enjoy the outdoors!

As this was an older house – over 50 years old – there were many challenges to tackle.  Extensive Structural Supports, Waterproofing of the basement sidewalls, Asbestos removal, and of course, leaky roof! Nothing was missed on this house – it’s ready for the next 50 years!
